OUR DEVELOPMENT PLAN:

We have commenced one of the most prolific job creation and infrastructure development projects in Africa and you are welcome to participate.

Our focus starts with assisting single mothers and expands out to a broad spectrum of opportunity for a wide range of skills from businesses, NGO’s and entrepreneurs.

To put the scope into perspective, we are commencing in Ghana and we have identified 74 locations for Branch Depots.  Eg:

74 Branch Depots x 50 Vehicles per Branch Depot = 3,700 vehicles x 4 drivers per vehicle = 14,800 single mother drivers.

Each Branch Depot is supported by Office Administration and there is also opportunity for mechanics that are specially trained in the niche range of Innoauto vehicles.

The hierarchy starts with a Country Manager and then Regional Managers who are responsible for identifying and assisting Branch Managers who qualify single mothers to participate in specific a Branch Depot that is scheduled to open.  Branch Managers can be individual entrepreneurs or NGO’s with staff with existing objectives that assist mothers and we act to supplement their income stream and to enable them to further assist their contribution to the communities.

From here, there is vast scope for further participation, for example we are working with an NGO in America that focuses on mentoring the African Diaspora and we have suggested they could participate in our Buy2Lease initiative. The commissions derived would act as a base income to support their mentoring activities in America and be used to pay for mentoring services to the drivers in Africa. This is an example of how vast this opportunity is.  However, we do not want to be doing the suggestions, we want to provide you with an overview of some examples as a guide and then to support the entrepreneurial spirit by encouraging creativity in you to identify the opportunity for how you intend to participate.  (So don’t waste our time asking us, if you have to ask the answer is no)  Entrepreneur Development is what we are all about, we operate a NO EMPLOYEE POLICY (so kindly not ask us for a job).  Other opportunities might be in fund raising or securing International grants through to securing local Government contracts. The important things is not to waste our time by asking questions that are already answered on the website because you are too lazy to to read.

In addition to direct performance based sales commission we will be launching Equiticard that will allow clients have an Equiticard account and to pay for goods and services just like a Visa or Mastercard. However Equiticard has significantly more features, one feature is that it incorporates an Equitidollars account. Account holders can provide goods and services and charge Equitidollars and then spend them to acquire other goods and services such as taxi fares.

Furthermore, we provide highly innovative funding assistance for single mother drivers in addition to other business opportunities such as Collect Depot, Rural Development Bank, Innorest Hotels and Mother Empowerment Centres.  We do expect Partners who are leveraging off our infrastructure, such as Country, Regional and Branch Facilitators and other businesses, NGO’s and entrepreneurs to be covering their own overheads.

Whilst we have our own independent funding mechanisms in place, we also encourage the participation of financial lending institutions such as Banks and Savings & Loan to provide 50% loans with 200% collateralised security.

We provide the platform for enormous business opportunity and everything is paid for from performance, so our structure allows for progress and close camaraderie. We do not practice protectionism, we encourage pre-qualified businesses, NGO’s and entrepreneurs to actively participate in and leverage off our infrastructure.

Partnership participation can extend through to such things as Uniform Suppliers, Accounting Services, Office Equipment Suppliers, Fuel Suppliers and Land Buyers (to identify and negotiate sites for Branch Depots) etc. We can also accommodate individual’s providing personal services such as management, IT services, marketing and sales. We have vast opportunity for sales in the Mining, Petroleum and Construction industries to provide haulage contracts. So expand your mind, research who we are and what we do.  We are here to facilitate, that means that there is opportunity for Autonomous Managers to establish teams of sales people and leverage off our infrastructure as their own.  Everything can be budgeted for and we can pay more because we are not carrying the commitment of salaries so a high income can be achieved for the same effort of achieving the same results of being employed with a low income. We want like minded people to be helping each other, if you are in for the kill just don’t bother as we are creating and culture and fostering a team dedicated to benefiting from assisting others in order to grow and prosper.

In conclusion, this is an overview of opportunity in Ghana, providing direct job creation and prosperity for 14,800 single mothers, many hundreds of indirect income streams and tens of millions of USD in public transport and logistic infrastructure to significantly stimulate the local economy of rural communities.  The population of sub-Sahara Africa has grown from 186 million to 988 million people from 1950-2016, that’s about 12 million people a year.

Exponentially this means job creation for 522,228 single mothers, 130,610 purpose built off-road vehicles and over US$1.3 Billion in infrastructure investment.

NOTE:

Single motherhood in sub-Saharan Africa has received surprisingly little attention, although it is widespread and has critical implications for children’s well-being. Using survival analysis techniques, we estimate the probability of becoming a single mother over women’s life course and investigate the relationship between single motherhood and child mortality in 11 countries in sub-Saharan Africa. Although a mere 5% of women in Ethiopia have a premarital birth, one in three women in Liberia will become mothers before first marriage. Compared with children whose parents were married, children born to never-married single mothers were significantly more likely to die before age 5 in six countries (odds ratios range from 1.36 in Nigeria to 2.61 in Zimbabwe). In addition, up to 50% of women will become single mothers as a consequence of divorce or widowhood. In nine countries, having a formerly married mother was associated with a significantly higher risk of dying (odds ratios range from 1.29 in Zambia to 1.75 in Kenya) relative to having married parents. Children of divorced women typically had the poorest outcomes. These results highlight the vulnerability of children with single mothers and suggest that policies aimed at supporting single mothers could help to further reduce child mortality in sub-Saharan Africa. It is our intention to assist approximately 522,228 single mothers into prosperity who might pay it forward to assist estimated 100,000,000 to 165,000,000 single mothers in Sub-Saharan Africa.
